Chronic Neuroglycopenia and Hyperinsulin Neuropathy	

Chronic neuroglycopenia and hyperinsulin neuropathy are both very uncommon and almost invariably result from persistent hypoglycaemia secondary to insulinoma or overenthusiastic treatment of diabetes.
